Available for rent all year round (excluding Christmas and New Year) by the week. Shorter stays will always be considered so email or telephone for details.

With one double and one twin, plus a double make up bed in the lounge you can comfortably sleep 6 people. With a spacious kitchen and open plan living area, you'll have all the space and facilities you need for a week's summer holiday or a weekend out of season.

The kitchen area has beech effect units with plenty of built in storage and is fully equipped for self-catering. Appliances include gas hob and electric oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, iron and ironing board.

The spacious lounge area has corning seating units with built in storage and a double make up bed, cupboards and shelving. With a TV-DVD, dining table, gas fire and large picture windows it offers light and airy spacious living.

The double bedroom has two windows, bedside tables, a large wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, cupboards and a self for additional storage. All bed linen is provided.

The twin room has one window and contains two single beds that can be moved to make a double, a wardrobe and mirror. All bed linen is provided.

The bathroom contains a walk-in shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin, mirror and under sink storage.

Just outside is a grassy area with enough space to comfortably enjoy an al fresco meal or provide a quiet spot to soak up the sun and read a book.
